New suggestion For Mod Requirements
Title^
1. Must be active on the server.
2. Must be helpful.
3. Must have been on the server for at least a month.
4. Must be appraised by at least 1 full mod and 3 trainee mods.
5. Must be active on the forums.
These are just what I think should be requirements for mods to become mod and stay mod.
If theres anything that needs to be added or deleted then post a reply.

Just a thought...
If we are finding that players really try hard to help out with the intention of being a moderator, but then once a moderator being ignoring their moderator duties then I suggest this - Have the Moderator position be for a set term. So for example, players 'A' and 'B' get their promotion to Moderator. Player 'A' does a great job. At the end of the term he is "voted in" for a second term. Player 'B' on the other hand only uses the moderator powers for themselves. At the end of the term player 'B''s service as a moderator is not renewed. These could be monthly terms that are reviewed at the beginning of each month and keeps a motivated and helpful mod team.
Sure, it creates some book-keeping for Lethal (or someone) to track the Mod's, but on the other hand it would provide motivation for those moderators to keep up the good work. Also if a player wanted to 'step-down' from being a mod they could simply do so at the end of their term. Players applying for Moderator position could be voted in / promoted at the same time.
Again, just a thought..
