This is variable, It can take suggestions and is still in development but this is what its going to be.

(Rounds go by Time limits, They can go on without having to wait for mobs to be defeated or can go without them dead and bring more from the next round into the fray)

Round 1 - 1:30 Minutes
15 Zombies 15 Zombies
or

-Careful...-
Round 2 - 2:00 Minutes
15 Skeletons 15 Skeletons
or
30 Zombies 20 Spiders

Total Time: 25 Minutes


-Havoc-
Bonus Round: 1 - 2:30 Minutes
30 Spider Jockeys


-Stay Close to your Friends!-
Round 3 - 3:00 Minutes
30 Skeletons 30 Spiders
or
8 Giants 8 Giants


-Devastation -
Round 4 - 3:30 Minutes
40 Skeletons 40 Zombies
or
20 Spiders 20 Spiders


-Focus!-
Bonus Round: 2 - 3:00 Minutes
15 Ghasts or 25 Giants


-The Sky will Rain Blood-
Round 5 - 4:00 Minutes
30 Spiders or 30 Skeletons
30 Aggressive Zombie Pigmen


-Pure Insanity-
FINAL ROUND - 5:00
30 Spider Jockeys, 20 Ghasts, 10 Giants and, 30 Zombie Pigmen

MIDROUND: 30 Zombies, 30 Skeletons and, 30 Spiders.

I like it. Maybe change some of those monsters around but, a PvE is REALLY fun to do. I did one before with Soap and Kagege. Quite funny. I did rounds and all, and yeah. Keep planning out more ideas. But yes, PvE would be nice.
